We facilitate exchanges for unused tools in perfect condition within 30 days. Allow 5 business days for return processing plus standard delivery time for replacements. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs – consider our express return service for urgent exchanges. Refunds issue within 10 business days to the original payment method. Critical exceptions: Used sharpening stones, opened lubricants, and safety gear cannot be returned. Power tools must have all warranty seals unbroken. For non-UK orders, refund amounts may vary slightly due to banking fees and currency conversion rates at processing time. All returns require prior authorization via our online portal.
